ASAP Auto Parts accepts returns for auto parts purchased in-store, over the phone or online within 30 days of the purchase date (with the exception of those listed below). All returns are subject to a 20% return restocking fee due to our cost to reprocess the item. Any shipping/delivery costs to return the product back to ASAP Auto Parts will be the responsibility of the customer.
The following conditions to initiate a return must be met:
- All parts have to be in their original packaging, unopened, unused & with all of its contents in-tact.
- All parts to be returned must not be used, installed or attempted to be installed in any form or fashion.
- Original receipt must be in hand.
Items that ASAP Auto Parts can’t return and are final sale include the following:
- All electrical parts including starters, alternators, sensors, fuel pumps and any parts associated with electrical systems.
- Custom, rushed & special order items delivered on freight. Special order refers to outside suppliers we don’t regularly deal with.
Core Returns
Core returns must be in their original packaging, undamaged and not spilled-over with liquid. All cores must be drained of any fluid prior to the return. The return must be within 30 days and an original receipt must be in hand.
Refund Time Duration
Refunds are processed back via the original method. The time it takes for your credit/debit card institution to return the money back to your bank is not under ASAP Auto Parts control. We process all returns, once approved, immediately.
Order Cancellations
If you have an immediate need to cancel your order, it must be done within 1 hour of the purchase time to avoid a restocking fee. Orders placed during the weekend may not be eligible for a cancellation. If you need to issue a cancellation, please call 562-633-2727 or email cristine@asapautopart.com.
